@99golems
In the past I've just done work for clients with verbal agreements, but for my own protection in the future I want to start having clients sign a contract before doing work for them. I googled some generic web design contracts, but I'm wondering if anyone has any web game-specific contracts they wouldn't mind either sharing or telling me where they got them. I'm leaning towards this https://github.com/danielbeardsley/service_contracts/blob/master/development_service_contract.md. It's short, and simple, but I'm not 100% sure if it covers all the bases. ps: this is for use in the US. Lazer
joannesalfa
It needs to add "Non-disclosure agreement"
@99golems
I would say the Non-disclosure agreement part would be in the contract that the client would want me to sign, if applicable. Not all clients care about NDA, and I sure as heck don't care about them unless the client wants me to.
joannesalfa
You're right, what's about privacy policy?
