tile replace wont work (for tile animation) with example file work well

helo. i wanna make a tiledmap animation.

with the example file it work well.

and i tryed make it for my game too. but it wont work. no idea why but the code in the game is same.

i think the problem is in the json file. i generated out the json file with Tiled editor

you can try Tiled alternative - MightyEditor. This editor is based on Phaser and that is why game will look the same in the editor and in your game.

Here is a tutorial to get some basic idea.

i have done a new tilemap and its work. i dont know why. i tryed make more layer and object layer. extend the map but still working. so i dont know what was the problem and when anybody have a idea pls share with me
