Sebi
Looks good, still copyright infringement. Why does no one give a crap about potential lawsuits?
fatalfluff
Why does no one give a crap about potential lawsuits? Because cross-border lawsuits rarely happen? Sue someone at your local Landgericht: hell yeah, drag someone to the High Court in London? Ugh, only with deep pockets. Sue someone in Russia? Good luck. Edit*: Spyro23, maybe you should add insta-death when touching the outer walls, like in the original. You won't survive anyway, but it would add to the pace. Otherwise: nice port. But going by your logic its absolutely fine to steal any game out there, just because a law suit is not likely. Let me just copy&paste the source code of that clone, upload it to a bunch of portals and make some cash.

BdR
It's a great effort, technically speaking, but it is as far as I can see a verbatim copy of the original game... Why not add some new stuff?
Aegis
Really don't like blatant clones and then there's the fact that your selling it. -
balazsdavid987
It seems that the portals don't really care about the origin of the game because the contracts protect them and they hold no liability. What happens when the original creator and copyright holder of any game sues them? Well, they simply remove the game, requests the license money back from the developer (breach of contract as you licensed them something you did not own) and probably even give your contact details to the lawyers of the company that tried to sue them. It's a very dangerous game to play. Quick and easy money, but not sustainable in the long-term. A case like this and no publisher will talk to you, no matter of what games you have. Funkyy
AS long as there is developer dont tries to monetize clone - in many countries there will be no copyright. The issue starts with first sale/dollar made on it.
