spelagon
This is an early prototype of a game I'm working on.Your mission is to guide a little fellow through caves, collecting gems, and reaching the exit safely. What is special is that you don't actually control him, you can just influence the map using a couple of tools which you can drag n drop from a top panel down onto the map. Sounds weird? Try it yourself http://www.spelagon.com/Cocos2D/cwtest/index.html(The "Massive" level can't be solved btw) The game is optimized for mobiles but plays on desktop too. This is of course not the final game. I will add new types of "tools", more levels, polish effects etc. But does the basic gameplay look interesting??
remvst
As it's still a work in progress, the only thing I would complain would be the lack of a tutorial. I had to read the description to finally understand what I had to do. Other than that, I love the idea, the visuals, and after a few tweaks here and there, I think it will be a great game
xerver
I think the concept of this game is *awesome*! With more levels and tools I can definitely see this game being super addictive, very nice work! I look forward to seeing the final product.
Gio
That's some very interesting gameplay there! I really like this type of games - if you can add some more tools and keep it as interesting and easy to use as it is now, it's going to be brilliant. Ryguy
This is looking really great! I love the new approach to a very familiar theme. I'll be very interested to see how this turns out.

spelagon
Thanks everyone for the encouragment!I was a bit worried about mixing arcade gameplay with strategy like this. Will make some kind of help screen and perhaps a tutorial level to make it easier for new players. The game logic is coded in typescript and the rendering is vanilla javascript and cocos2D. Wish there was a typescript version of Cocos2D available.. Would be nice with some music and sound fx too. Anyone know where to buy chiptune music? All I have found is for personal use only
O876-Ralphy
Nice and addictive game. Graphics are good. I found the gameplay intuitive, I played 6 levels in a row. It reminds me "The incredible machine".
