Raiper34
Hi,is there any developer, that work with Construct 2? IF you play your creations in iOS, does music play?
soybean
Hi, I use C2 and yes, it doesn't play in iOS. It's rather troublesome, and I've already followed what's recommended by other users in the forum, but still no luck
Raiper34
I paid 100 € for this engine.... and this bug makes mne blind, because i can not sell my games.... :/
Lowren
I use C2 too, and when I put music / sounds in my games some are played, and some aren't. So I never made games with sounds so far, and I don't think it's a real problem for the moment. But yeah, in a near future I guess it'll be more problematic. champignon champion
Just sell your games without music! And by the time publishers want to step up the game, I'm pretty sure a solution will come about...
Ryguy
Champignon Champion is right. Most publishers don't care about music at this point. If you have music, there is a workaround for C2. I noticed the same thing was happening for my games, so I started converting the ogg files to m4a myself. There are plenty of free converters online that will do it for you. Not all if them do it properly, so if one doesn't work try another. If all else fails, pitch it anyway. If they bring music up, then it it's a problem. Otherwise it's not. A this point they probably don't care
joannesalfa
An iOS HTML5 game requires permission for users to activate the music, you have to implement some input function as "touch to start" it activates sounds.
