enot
Quest in a maze made of fractal terrains (512x512 terrain, WebGL+JavaScript, ~15 kb, in public domain)http://www.ibiblio.org/e-notes/Splines/terra/terra.htmFind 4 poles in correct order (triangular one is the last). Use q,w,e keys, fingers, mouse or device orientation to navigate. Tested on Nexus 10 (~60 fps, made on desktop). See more worlds and comments athttp://www.ibiblio.org/e-notes/Splines/terra/diam.htmI think it is not difficult to add "watch dogs" to the poles.I'm looking for more "sailors" (gamers, programmers, artists to make together multiplayer game e.g. at PlayCanvas. Quests, multiuser racing, mobile marine World Wide Wars...And good advices are useful too. Any suggestions? Evgeny
playtwice
Cool project, runs really smoothly on my find 5 (and I'm having performance issues with 2d games T.T). Far too early to recruit any help, you need to spend a lot more time actually making it into something more resembling a game before anyone would be interested (hard to find people anyway). enot
Yes, it is not a real game a WebGL demonstration mainly and the next oneVery large interactive 3D worlds are acceptable for mobile Mali 600+, Adreno 320+ GPU (e.g. Nexus 10, Moto X ...) not only for Tegra K1 2048x2048 fractal terrain heights are stored in a 8-bit texture. 515x512 region is rendered smoothly with navigation by the orientation sensor (fog is used yet at the region borders)http://www.ibiblio.org/e-notes/Splines/terra/foggy2k.htmOn Nexus 10 I've got 60 fps again.
