Sprite.tint semi transparent color?

Nevermind, was being stupid... because it already multiplies the color I should just use more transparent color codes.

What do you mean by transparent colors? tinting takes a hex which doesn't include alpha values, no? Therefore, the normal tint will (in my experience) never result in a brighter color. Not sure if my "solution" is a wise/clever/correct one, but I change the blendmode like so
