WIP but released Tribal-Run

Hi Guys, I'm more looking than contributing on this forum (but sometimes ^^)

 

So, I finished some days ago a little game, is a runner game (yep again but ?!! :D)

 

The name is Tribal-Run, up to 4 player on a same screen, touch screen, keyboard (only 1 p) or gamepads (chrome and win8 only :/ )

I think it'll not run on mobile devices (except win8, and last android devices) because the game is heavy (full hd) right now !

 

So, the engine is made by myself, it'll be open source soon (the DreamEngine), and I'm making a system to change dynamically the resolution of the game (and the images loaded) depends of the user screen size.

I have to some optimizations I can push on, but no WebGL now (I want to get the most powerfull API without WebGL, after I'll bind a render on it).

We are making an update soon, collectible new patterns, and unlockable content.

By collecting potions, you'll can buy access on new patterns kind (antigrav, no grav, water...)

I think you may have a bug in the preloader, I had to reload it 4 times.

 

1. time reload: Only black screen, Game.start() was called with the console log of "start".

2. time reload: Preloader image appeared that it was loading

3. time reload: The enter screen appeared, but was not clickable.

4. time reload: I could actually play the game.

 

 

Couldn't be an internet connection problem, because I have around 100Mbit/s.
