remvst
Heys guys, I was just checking my Google Analytics, and realized that I had almost no traffic from Windows Phones, so I was wondering if my games were just bad or unplayable for these devices, or if I just shouldn't expect any traffic.Do you guys manage to get any traffic from Windows Phones? Tommyttk
Hm yes but are you willing to pay Microsoft $99 up front, or whatever the rate is, for the privilege of using the least popular mobile platform? Seems a bizarre strategy for a company trying to gain a foothold in the sector.
@99golems
what framework/library are you using for html5? I'm using impact and i had to tweak just a few things to get it to work in wp8 and in surface.
Ezelia
porting an HTML5 application/Game to win8/WP8 is really easy, no matter what JS engine you use. if only HTML5 to iOS/Android porting was that easy !
Tommyttk
Am I right in thinking an HTML5 game ported to run natively on WP8 would not be able to utilize any WebGL, as if you were running the game in IE10?
Ezelia
yes no WebGL support yet that's sad.hopefully It'll come with future IE10 updates.
