KevinnFtw
Hi, So i'm debugging my audio in multiple browsers since it isn't working everywhere. In Chrome, my audio doesn't work at all and when I try to debug it using: I just get a bunch of blocks, where the debugging text / sound info is supposed to be. Any suggestions on how I could solve this? In Firefox it is working fine.
rich
This is a Chrome WebGL issue - I'm only seeing it manifest in Canary and Chrome Beta at the moment, not yet Stable. But I'm looking into it. You'll also see tilemaps go blank as a result too. KevinnFtw
KevinnFtw
Ahh okay, that sucks. Well, atleast I can debug it in Firefox. Thanks for the background information :-)
rich
Just so you know, I isolated the cause of this and by chance Brandon Jones @ Google was tweeting about how he was trying to fix it: https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=368582 So hopefully he'll resolve it tomorrow. KevinnFtw
That's awesome. Google Chrome is such an amazing browser and would be even better if they fixed this issue. Thank you!
