seifsg
Hello Guys I'm really happy to join you and I started to like the Phaser framework. It is really simple, easy and effective. Anyway, I'm trying to make a mario style game. I faced a small problem with inclined ground parts. An image is attached. I am still new and I started to become really interested,I hope I find it worthy Thank you
seifsg
I see that we have that Ninja example here, this is actually what I'm looking for http://examples.phaser.io/_site/view_full.html?d=ninja%20physics&f=ninja+tilemap.js&t=ninja%20tilemapBut I'm not going to use a ball, instead its going to be a character and I'm actually using the Arcade physics. jpdev
As far as I know arcade physics (sadly) has no slanted / sloped tile support as of yet.I think with p2 it is possible to implement, but it also is not supported out of the box.
seifsg
What about the Ninja ? The example looks like what I need it to be , except for the Circle(ball)
jpdev
I can't comment too much on ninja - since the rest of my platformer is based on the arcade system right now, I can't switch to ninja easily.(I started back when there was only arcade physics) You could of course start with ninja and combine the aabb (box) example with the sloped tile map. One problem I know about is that while the player is on a slope, you don't have any indication that he is "on the ground" as all the touching flags are false. (You can see that in the second ninja demo, and I have read a thread about it here lately).

seifsg
Experts please tell me if that can be done right now or not , if not I'll have to change these tiles to something else.
