Really it depends on what you intend to do with the games - for example: Just play them? Publish them without monetization? Publish them with inbuilt monetization supplied as a service? Publish them with proprietary monetization? Adapt them to a degree? Adapt them to your exact specifications? Adapt them and offer additional adaptation to others? Work closely with game developers to build something new and interesting? A few other tips. Generally "buying" games isn't a thing. The more accurate term is "license", and the purpose and the reach of the license determines vendor and price. Can people get away without licensing games correctly? Often they try (without regard for developer or player experience). But doing things right makes for sustainable relationships and growth.
