How to create move step?

# cannot move
steps = this.physics.add.staticGroup();
step1 = move_tiles.create(250, 350, 'step')
this.physics.add.collider(player, steps);

# can move but gravity is enable if player collide steps
step1 = this.physics.add.sprite(250, 350, 'step');
step1.body.setAllowGravity(false)
this.physics.add.collider(player, step1);
