Is it good idea to include all sections of a game project in phaser itself?

Hello Guys, 

I am working on hybrid game app including phaser and nodejs. 

My game app will include login, lobby and game section. 

So, is it good idea if I make all sections as phaser scenes and wrap them as standalone phaser game app. 

Or I should make login and lobby section separately in html and include phaser game?

What can be best approach based on performance in mobile.
