How to move the bones realtime

I am fetching body sensor data and imported the dummy mesh. I want to move the head bone when as per the sensor data to create a motion tracking. I am using the below function, I want to keep updating pitch, roll from the sensor and feed it to model to update the bone movement, any help is aprreciated

skeleton.bones[4].setYawPitchRoll(
config.yaw,
config.pitch,
config.roll,
BABYLON.Space.WORLD,
mesh
);
