That's your call, but it's nothing specifically to do with Phaser (as many other client-side games will be at the same risk). Obfuscation is like a short password; only good enough to kid yourself. We don't know your particular commercial plans, but I'd imagine the success or failure of any game will not be contingent upon whether someone can see the source code?
