Neekoy
Heya, first post here :) I was looking to create a glass sphere type of effect - something like the following: https://images.pexels.com/photos/459273/pexels-photo-459273.jpeg?auto=compress&cs=tinysrgb&dpr=2&h=750&w=1260 I made a Sphere with a CubeTexture reflection and it's great, however it's not really the effect I was looking for. Can someone please help with this, hopefully it's possible. Thanks. :)
trevordev
Welcome @Neekoy. Do you have a playground of what you have so far? Here is a playground that has a glass sphere https://playground.babylonjs.com/#8MGKWK#0, is this what you are looking for?
Neekoy
Yeah I did find that one on Google, main thing is that my background isn't actually a part of the BabylonJS canvas, and I was hoping to get a reflection through the Material somehow. I'll give it a try a bit later with a Skybox and that method too. My concern was that Skyboxes need to be like 10MB for the quality to be good enough, so I swapped it out for a static background.
