Pryme8
So why would chrome always read 75 fps when I'm at work on every playground that is running at 100%, but while at home its always 60.
Samuel Girardin
Hi, I suppose at work your screen resfresh rate is 75 hz, and 60 hz at home. Pryme8 and in mono
Pryme8
So I never researched this, so bjs automatically checks the hardware's refresh rate? I would imagine we would want things to run at 60 regardless unless we tell it otherwise and that sounds kinda off that my monitor would control the fps... V!nc3r
It seems to be a browser limitation: https://forum.unity.com/threads/run-webgl-game-above-60-fps-and-webgl-memory-size.479085/ (GPU Vsync)
aWeirdo
It's not babylonJs, but window.requestAnimationFrame(), which Babylon uses, that syncs with your monitor's refresh rate. Pryme8 and GameMonetize
