shaharyar.ahmed
I've created a scene in 3dsmax and exported it to .obj and then converted it to .babylon and then uploaded it to 000webhost.com. Problems: 1. It mirrors all the objects, I don't know it is the export problem or conversion problem.2. It jerks on some of the planes in the scene.3. Visibility problem on my sever. I don't know what to call it. Problem 1: Here is the 3dsmax screen shot, but in the real scene its all mirrored: Problem 2: It almost works fine on sandbox, but little bit jerking on some of the windows of the house in the scene. Problem 3:The real visibility problem is here, on my server: Check yourself here
Dad72
It seems linked to bugs that I posted with textures black and others on materials.
shaharyar.ahmed
Actually I've solved the 3rd problem by reducing the sizes of objects. But problem 1 and 2 still stands. and there is no materials in the scene. These all are simple objects.
Nico
It's like you've got a problem with axis, can't you specify them while exporting to .obj in 3ds Max ? For problem 3 you need to increase your camera maxZ. gwenael
shaharyar.ahmed
It's like you've got a problem with axis, can't you specify them while exporting to .obj in 3ds Max ? Where will I specify the coordinates while exporting them?
Nico
I've never used obj exporter, and I can't test on 3ds Max until monday, but for some exporters you can specify axis before click on export (up axis and forward axis on a left tab menu if I remember right). Denis2222
seems model scale problem ? huge ? I see too for the mesh bug , it can need to convert all polygon to Triangle before export to .babylon ( From Lightwave modeler SHIFT+T )
shaharyar.ahmed
There is no axis specification settings I found while exporting to .obj. But there is an option for faces and there are three types. 1. Triangles2. Quads3. Polygons Which one should I choose?
Dad72
Triangles It seems to me.
Nico
I don't think one of these option can solve the problem, I don't know what it will change.I will look at this problem on monday, I don't have a max install right now :/
shaharyar.ahmed
Wow !! Choosing Triangles solved the 2nd problem But 1st one still unsolved. I couldn't figure out why it mirrors the whole scene... Results are here
GameMonetize
What do you mean by mirrored? I have a cool scene that seems to work here:
shaharyar.ahmed
By word mirrored I mean that the whole scene is flipped. I think its hard to explain in words Here is the original scene in 3Dsmax: here is the babylon file:
GameMonetize
Oh yes I see now How do you generate your .babylon file?
shaharyar.ahmed
I export the scene to .obj with following settings: Then I make a zip file of both of them (.obj and .mtl files) and convert them to .babylon from your official online converter. I've also tried unchecking Flip YZ-axis (Poser-like) but it showed very awkward results.

GameMonetize
Could you try with the local converter:https://github.com/BabylonJS/Babylon.js/tree/master/Exporters/XNA%20-%20OBJ It has a /rh command line option to revert axis.
