kaitek666
Hey! I've created a slope using a ribbon. No matter what height I give it, it always has that.. weird black shadow. No matter where the light is placed, or where my object is placed, it ALWAYS has this shadow. In some other light placements, it's different, but still present. It completely ruins my overall look of my game, because I place several of those in a row, and you can easily see bounds of a mesh, which looks horrible. DEMO: http://www.babylonjs-playground.com/#21VLCN#1 (please use arrows + mouse, to move camera) Please keep in mind, that I don't want to change shape (appearance) of my ribbon. How can I remove this weird shadow? Check attached images to understand.

gryff
@kaitek666 : welcome to the forum I don't have any experience in using the ribbon - so @jerome's answer may be more relevant and the way to go However is this any help - a playground I added line 41 - to make the mesh flat shaded And I changed the camera just so it easier to view cheers, gryff kaitek666
