Luis Felipe
He told me this is the Clay.io feed he uses: http://clay.io/feed And I found this is on the "Publishers" info-page on Clay: Access a customizable Email, XML, or JSON feed of new HTML5 games to license or add with a revenue-share model. So in essence JeuxRouille isn't doing something wrong here in terms of hosting the games. But running ads on the site isn't ok right? At least I was never contacted by them or Clay.io. SlamminSam
You're correct. I contacted this fellow a while ago. Apparently (to him), Clay is offering games using this JSON service even if you uncheck 'Do not allow 3rd part publishers...' He admitted he knows of this bug, and says he doesn't have the time to ask developers to use their games. He's just using any games he wishes, profiting off them, and hoping he doesn't get caught out.
