joshcamas
Since Three.js has such a MASSIVE comprehensive list of examples easily accessed all in one place, I figured we could use that too. Note that if these are added, the example dialog will probably have to be changed... probably a scrollbox with subcategories, just like three.js. I'll leave that to you guys tho. I made a small list of already built examples, but there are LOADS MORE I didn't link. Already-Built Examples taken from documentation: Decals: http://playground.babylonjs.com/#1BAPRM Canvas2D: http://playground.babylonjs.com/#2AVSFH#35 http://playground.babylonjs.com/#272WI1#6 http://playground.babylonjs.com/#1BKDEO#22 Advanced Texturing: http://playground.babylonjs.com/#IRZYH http://playground.babylonjs.com/#SBTYP http://playground.babylonjs.com/#CHQ4T#1 http://playground.babylonjs.com/#22KZUW#15 Parallax Mapping: http://playground.babylonjs.com/#10I31V#23 Ribbons: http://playground.babylonjs.com/#3XMWZ#6 Highlight Layer: http://playground.babylonjs.com/#1KUJ0A#0 http://playground.babylonjs.com/#1KUJ0A#5 http://playground.babylonjs.com/#1KUJ0A#1 http://playground.babylonjs.com/#1KUJ0A#2 http://playground.babylonjs.com/#2FFOYQ#7 http://playground.babylonjs.com/#CDHKK#7 All of the shader examples (fire, water, etc) Examples we should consider building: -Customizing camera inputs: https://doc.babylonjs.com/tutorials/customizing_camera_inputs -Armatures! How to attach meshes to bones, how to blend animations! -Switching cameras -Instances -Custom loading screen Examples that show what Babylon can do, but not showing off a specific feature: -Controllable character -2D interface -NPC with collision, ai, animation -Gun that shoots targets -Random city generator It would also be interesting to make a full "game", such as tetris or a level of doom. Keeping all of this code easily in the playground would allow new babyloners to figure out all the parts needed to make a full game. Basically, we have loads of already built examples in the documentation, hidden away. Let's make them easily accessible in the playground example list instead! <3 -Josh Ozeki

GameMonetize
Excellent idea..As @Nabroski mentioned it could be cool to update the playgrounds list initiated by @Wingnut: https://github.com/BabylonJS/Documentation/blob/master/content/generals/General/playgrounds.md
Wingnut
Hi DK/everyone. Actually, that is Temechon's document, I believe. My bookmarked PG's were reffed in Tutorial Talk, when Pryme8 asked. (my document is not very pretty or tested, sorry) GameMonetize
