ProfessorF
I've been using Visual Studio's local web server on my Surface Pro, but I just recently won a Surface 2 tablet from Microsoft and I wanted to experiment with that as a development environment. Thanks, - Nick
davrous
Hi Nick, Our latest release should help you doing that: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/davrous/archive/2013/12/17/designers-test-amp-create-your-webgl-3d-worlds-inside-the-babylon-js-sandbox-amp-editor.aspx You've got 2 options: 1 - setup a webserver and browse from the Surface 2 2 - copy your asset on a USB key and drag'n'drop them into the sandbox in IE11 on the Surface 2. Enjoy! David
ProfessorF
I like #2! Thank you. I'll try that when my Surface 2 comes inCan you test javascript in the Sandbox? It looks like mainly model browsing? - Nick p.s., I wish Microsoft would come up with a development environment for Windows RT. Maybe Visual Studio RT--initially only support HTML5/Css/Javascript apps (and Babylon!).
