cja
Hi, I'm new here. I have a 3d visualisation project (paid work) and would like interested devs to get in touch. I'm a developer myself (mobile apps and web) but limited experience with 3d animation. What I'm after is a sort of roller coaster ride simulator, using babylon.js. I'd like the output to be something like this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kUldGc06S3U (start at 16 seconds in) I've seen this demo code from Jerome: http://www.babylonjs-playground.com/#1HH4OJ#4 - which is in the right direction. There's also this built in three.js: http://threejs.org/examples/webvr_rollercoaster.html which has a first person view. Specifics of what I'm after: Programmatically create the track from a time series of heights - provided as a simple array of values Created as a first-person view - like the youtube video Able for the track to go under water (values less than 0) Sounds like the youtube video for the climbing / car going down / underwater No need for any user interaction like looking around - just a fixed forward view of the rollercoaster ride If you're interested please PM me with some background / example projects. Budget: $1,000 - $2,000.
