staff0rd
Timothy McHugh has dropped 16GB of royalty-free SFX. From reddit: Quote I have 16GB of free sound effects here for you all this year, ranging from high quality tanks and authentic vehicles, to guns, fighter jets and more. Everything is royalty-free, commercially-usable and no attribution is required. Reddit post Website
IvanK
I find this way of distribution stupid. Who would go through 16GB of files, just to use a couple of sounds? He should put it in some database with categories, description, keywords ... What about uploading it to http://freesound.org/ ?
staff0rd
Someone felt the same way as you: https://gamesounds.xyz/?dir=Sonniss.com%20-%20GDC%202016%20-%20Game%20Audio%20Bundle totor

permith
There's actually some really useable sounds in there. Lots of gun shot sounds, a few cars, some ambient(city, human noises, and nature), some UI elements, and similar. More than enough to get you started with stuff and get something presentable. It's a favorable license as well. Though what you're getting is around 5 to 10 mins(in multiple files), of a 40 to 90 minute collection(you get multiple collection samples). WombatTurkey
Quote Licensee may use and modify the licensed sound effects for personal and commercial projects without attribution to the original creator. Holy shit Thank you!
