fkkcloud
Hi, I have question about mobile facebook's own browser. Do I have to treat this as chrome, safari or firefox? Is there any good read, reference about it?
mattstyles
Do you mean in-app? Its a standard webview, so, for Apple devices it is basically Safari and for Android I believe it is basically Chrome. This is the same for Twitter or any other app you have that displays web pages (yes, Chrome on your iPhone is pretty much a version of Safari, its just an app displaying webviews). fkkcloud
fkkcloud
I see so if I click on a phaserJS game href in FB post, it opens in-app browser from facebook rather than actually launching Safari (for iOS) , but it is actually just using default browser which is safari iOS, right? mattstyles
Its not quite Safari, its a webview within the app but as of iOS 8 its just about the same thing. fkkcloud
