roshansingh
Hi all, We have made a new game called "Magic Arc" while learning phaser. You can play it online at https://www.magicarcgame.com. Here are some screenshots. Do check it out and give your suggestions and feedback
rich
Simple but fun - I struggled with the controls a bit I must admit though. But I like the concept and it was nice and smooth.

On touch screens it would not be much of a problem, but on web this seems like a big issue since the core of the game is to be involved in moving the arc. May be I should experiment with the keyboard.
staff0rd
Touch is definitely easier to control the arc, the mouse was too sensitive. However even with touch, when you take your finger off the screen and place it back, the arc jumps around. With both, (but more apparent with mouse), all control is lost when the pointer/finger leaves the border of the game.
marcgfx
worked for me with the mouse. just checking for left-right would be enough though, the up down makes the behaviour confusing. the easiest way to not die is just to frantically move your mouse left and right. just make sure not to leave the game area, then controls stop working and thats annoying. epicTCK
I had the exact same Idea for a game, I was going to make one but I couldn't figure out circle collision. I'll have to look at your code. Only difference is that mine would be endless, and each time a star enters the ring your score would go up one. The star ( in my case, a blue ball), would bounce around inside the ring. When an arrow hit the ring without being deflected, the ring would pop, and all the blue balls bouncing around inside the ring would be lost, resetting the score, but not the game. The goal is to see how many blue balls you can collect inside the ring.
