BobF
Although not directly related to HTML5 game development, Amazon's AWS made an interesting announcement. They're basically creating a new game development platform called Lumberyard that appears to be set up as a competitor to Unity. It allows game devs to build high production quality games that run on desktop and consoles (and on mobile soon). It looks interesting, but unfortunately I don't see anything to support HTML5 game devs.
rich
It's basically CryEngine rehashed with some Amazon web services on the top. Hopefully you've a whole team of C++ devs at your disposal, or you're not going to get much out of this sadly. I don't think Unity have anything to be bothered about personally. WombatTurkey
Looks kind of cool actually. GamesFromScratch is going to have a field day with this puppy :). JessC
