Extracting unity's WebGL?

Okay, my knowledge is extremely dim here but I got permission from the author to use these resource orbs:

But the problem is, how can I get these orb shader's into WebGL outside of that unity webgl plugin it uses? I have no idea where to start to be honest, sorry for such a silly question ~

Basically my end goal is I want to beable to use those shader's inside Phaser or basic WebGL outside of that unity 'thing'. :P

 

Author said he has no idea because he made the orbs in unity and exported his project using some unity webgl export feature.
