JCPalmer
The 2nd camera really adds a lot, and is really a simple technique that provides effects that would seem almost impossible with 1 camera. Happy new year to you as well. Stvsynrj
jerome
I like the second cam stuff also : very simple and efficient. Is this a good way to do HUD or UI ? I mean compared to bGUI or CastorGUI ? I'm absolutly not familliar with all these things.
Stvsynrj
Hi ! Yes, this trick is good if you really need an overlay from time to time. Like playing with alpha you can make a good fade transition with 2 scenes (as the transition layer is on the 3rd one). I put an ArcRotate camera but this is totaly mandatory, a simple cut/paste did that, just do it with a free camera. As it is, it can't beat beat bGUI or CastorGUI, but yes, it's a good start to make an UI or HUD. Just see it like a "scene" over all the scenes you manipulate. BTW, i have not all the credits for that, @Deltakosh directed me on that one Have a nice day guys jerome
