-AAG-
Can't find the topic with the first batch anymore but this is the second one. If you want to check the first games out they are now on the Budget section of my porfolio. I figured I should have posted these as I made them but here they are now, all of my arcade games and my one puzzle game that I just finished the other day in order from latest to oldest: All of the music was done by Brother Android. All of the games where made with GameMaker: Studio. Robot Islands Guide Robot to the end of every level. Think all of Robot's movements in advance and lay commands on the floor in perfect order so Robot can follow them successfully. PLAY Speed Blast Blast from barrel to barrel avoiding the yellow critters. Obvious inspiration from DK Country. PLAY Arrow Station Guide a little critter to the end of every level by interacting with its surroundings. PLAY Drop Danger Drop from platform to platform avoiding all kinds of hazards. PLAY Mad Pipes Jump over an endless parade of weird critters. I know the dude looks a bit like Mario. Purely intentional PLAY Ant Sugar Get the sugar. Avoid the spiders. Avoid the edges. My personal favorite. PLAY That Gentleman Point out the gentleman that is not behaving properly. PLAY Jet Pod Keep your pod on the air and away from danger. This is the third time I make a game with this title, this HTML5 version is probably the better one. PLAY Jump Dash Run and jump over spikes, obstacles, springs, and lasers. PLAY Crazy Driving Steer a car that is pulling horribly to the right. PLAY Pizza Squares Serve pizzas before they get cold or you are fired. PLAY Jet Rush Run, jump, jet pack, recharge, repeat. PLAY I understand this games could be better but I've been churning one out every month working only 1 or 2 days a week and now I find it difficult to go back to them and improve them since I need to keep on making new ones. But I do am willing to make whatever adjustments or modifiations especially if a buyer wants them. I have sold licenses for all of these games as they are and they are all available for non-exclusive licensing if anyone is interested. shohan4556

staff0rd
Robot Island is a really neat game. I found it and came here to see if there was a post for it. Now I'll have to try the others!
Nagval333
Just played Robot Islands. Nice game. But I think there is a small bug on Level 11. On my first time (image A) I have pushed a small box (Big boxes have disappeared)) and after it I died. But on the restart (image only one of three Big boxes was appeared. The same bug on level 20. Fntastic
Did you draw graphics yourself?
Horizonicblue
Nice games Played few games from your portfolio and yes crazy driving and robot islands are fun to play.
-AAG-
Yes, I draw my own graphics. Made up a "style" that doesn't use diagonals or circles or anything that isn't a straight line to avoid pixelated graphics when up-scaling. Seems to be working. I'm glad you enjoyed Crazy Driving and Robot Islands. I'm trying to put together a new puzzle game. I'm going for puzzle/platformer, I know virtual buttons aren't great but is going to be just walk and jump. Lets see how that works.
mattstyles
I think these are absolutely great, I only played a few but will be back for the others! Going to show the robot guide to my daughter (she's four), what a great little puzzler for teaching problem solving and forward planning! I'd happily pay for an app version for the phone/ipad. -AAG-
Glad that you enjoyed Robot Islands. I hope your daughter does too. I have thought about expanding on some of this concepts and trying the stores but it always stays as just a thought... mattstyles
