JohnK
Brilliant - still trying to get my head around two cameras one view.
iiceman
I think the FreeCamera could also be a mesh that gets moved by moveWithCollision, it's just for the collisions and the positioning. I just thought it's easier to use the camera since it already has all the controls.
iiceman
Damn, I added it to my game and tried it out... basically it works... just like in the demo. But as soon as you are up side down the directions are inversed and facing straight down and trying to turn left or right doesn't work as one would expect either... so I guess I'll have to revert to the normal version again Maybe somebody can help me figuring out how to constantly update the upVector of the camera? I think that might still be a chance to make it work
JohnK
This version takes into account any rotation about the x axis and begins to tilt the camera so that going over the top and down the other side results in the cones being the same way up. http://www.babylonjs-playground.com/#1U5Z73#7 Same keys as before. You can see on line 104 what I have done with the upVector, whether this helps you or not??????
iiceman
Looks fun, have to play around with it and try it out to see if it helps. Thanks!
