SiriusCG
Yes, I can see where they're monetizing with THEIR apps. My point being I'm unable to find any information from them concerning game licensing with other individuals. Seems a bit, well, unprofessional to say "Looking to license HTML5 games! Contact us" in a game dev forum and that's it. If they have a page on their website with relevant licensing information, I'd like to know where it is. I'm in a position to possibly do some business with them. I'm not about to send along my game code without knowing what the terms and conditions, EULA, etc are beyond some contact emails. Just good business practice and protecting one's intellectual property. Cheers.
SiriusCG
Well, TV, at 58 I'm already comfortably retired. My income derives from programming applications and frameworks for a handful of clients for over 30 years. So yes, I think I know enough about "good business practices" to protect myself and my licensed property, thank you. I thought it might be interesting to get some of my casual games into the mobile device market and frankly, I find some questionable issues with these folks so I mentioned them. You see things differently, no worries. Cheers.
