JohnK
Without using custom outline is it possible to set the colour for the render outline as well the size.
Wingnut
Hi John! http://www.babylonjs-playground.com/#8ULNX#17 - that probably tells all. A guy like me should get off his butt and write some docs for outlines, eh? Those outline properties (like outlineColor) come from abstractMesh and there is little other mention of it at BabylonDocs... except in a "what's new" doc. I (and maybe others) will try to figure a way to better document that, John. Where... is the real question. If you have ideas, let's hear them, J. It would surely be in "Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About the Mesh Class" web page/doc, but nobody has gotten around to writing that yet. I don't think folks are scared of WRITING that doc, but I think EVERYONE is scared of having to keep that doc updated for the next 20-50 years. kpgbrink
Can outlines be transparent? Is there an alpha property? I tried passing in a Color4 with an alpha value to outlineColor and it didn't work.
GameMonetize
nope they cannot but perhaps you can try using Highlights then? http://doc.babylonjs.com/tutorials/Highlight_Layer kpgbrink
