jonleung
Help! I'm looking for a JS game framework (or at least a game framework that can be written in the browser)- unlike Phaser.io, uses less "advanced" *programming* concepts (i.e. functions inside of objects inside of objects inside of objects)- unlike Phaser.io, has great documentation and is Googleable- like Phaser.io (has great documentation- unlike Processing, has sprites built in and has more things built in to build a game- needs less boilerplate code written to make things happen (unlike PixiJS)Essentially I'm trying to find something like Scratch except you can write it in JS. Yes I have checked out Pencil Code but it's REALLY hard to build a game in PencilCode. And no, I'm not looking for Snap (a "better" version of Scratch written in JS but you can't *write* JS when you use Snap)
P.Uri.Tanner
http://playgroundjs.com/ has great documentation, is very easy to set-up, can draw sprites from the get-go.
