Our subsidiary Platogo is a very young and dynamic company with 10+ highly qualified employees. The office is located in Vienna (next to the train station “Wien Mitte). For seven years now Platogo is an essential part of the Austrian IT landscape and develops Facebook- and mobile Gaming apps for an international audience of millions. For the backend team we are currently looking for somebody with the ability to work in a team, a willingness to learn and creativity.

Your responsibilities

• Development of backend services based on Ruby on Rails and Node.js
• Writing of view components for web apps with Facebook react
• Using newest technologies and development methods
• Constant exchange between the team members
• Solving of complex problems in applications with millions of users

You will be using the following technologies:

• Ruby & Ruby on Rails
• Git

Your profile

• You are a committed, independent and conscientious programmer with a quick mind
• You love to code and you are always up to date in terms of trends and technologies
• You are interested in agile methods like pair programming and test driven development
• You have no reservations towards server and web services
