Rudis
I'll definitely take a look at DragonBones. Come to think of it, a friend of mine just showed me that a few days ago. Although it may be to early to ask, what's the timeline looking like for DragonBones support if you don't mind me asking? I suppose beyond version 2.2. It's what road map says. toovy
DragonBones looks promising. It would be important to have the possibility for more modular animations.
alex_h
what's the timeline looking like for DragonBones support if you don't mind me asking? I put together a dragon bones + phaser example recently but it's not been integrated into the official phaser examples yet. http://www.alexh.org/phaser_bones/ You can download a zip of the source herehttp://www.alexh.org/phaser_bones/phaser_bones.zip I also did the same for Pixi.js the other dayhttp://www.html5gamedevs.com/topic/7546-pixi-dragonbones/
ricesteam
Great work! This is amazing! Question: how do you add or change animations? You current example only loops through the "walk" animation. BunBunBun
and since 3 years later do anyone know the solution how to connect spine to phaser? the plugin by Orange-games is not compatible with Spine 3.6+ . only Spine 3.2..
Skeptron
The best solution is to use spine-canvas, which I've done for my game OWN. It's in their official repository : you'll have some tweaking to do, but it works fine.
BunBunBun
@Skeptron Does your solution work with Phaser? can you please upload it to github for example.
Skeptron
Yes it works with Phaser, but I only managed to make it work with CANVAS (haven't spent much time on WebGL to be honest). Maybe I'll post the code someday when I have some time, but honestly it's not that complicated. You should be able to make it work.
