[Unpaid] Need pixel artist /animator for "Rpg Horror Game." Style: 2d Pixel art

Who i am: Hey. My name is Oliver, currently i am 16 years old, and i come from Denmark.
For as long as i can remember my dream have been to create, i love creating stuff, A video to Youtube,Drawing something or, even just building a stupid house in Minecraft.
I love it. One of my passions i life is Gaming, I love creating, and i love games. So i thought a long time ago that i some day would try to make something i, and others could call a game.
creating a game that have a some depth to it, is one of my goals here in life, so of coarse this is really important to me. But if i have to say the truth, its not just that i love to create, and love games.
No, that is only half the reason. in about 1 year form now, i am going to try to get in on a school, where game development is a study line. so i kind of want to show everyone what i can do here in life. But i got 1 problem, i do not know how to make moving characters, and that why i am here right now.        

What i want to do: I want to make a game, but since this is the first game i really feel like making, i do not want to make it way to hard, but at the same time i don't want to make it too shitty.
So i thought that i would try to make an RPG Horror puzzle game, if you dont know what that is, try to look up games like (Mad father,The crooked man, or Misao) something like them. since i am a big anime fan, i also want to have the pop up Picture effect when a character speak. Since im still in a very early state of planing this, i don´t got a lot of Story yet, and i only know a few Characters, but what i can tell you is, that its going to be a old themed story, something from (1800s). So big dresses, lots of habits and big house. 

What i need you to do for me: Well truth hurts, but i do not know anything about Animating, or drawing in this pixel style, so that is kind of why i am here. i want you to make my characters come to life, and make my dream world become a real thing. So i want you to Re design my characters, from some sketches i got. and i also want you to design simple stuff as. (tables,Chairs,doors,plates) i think you get the idea.

What you need: since we are going to work together, i need to have a lot of ways to contact you. that means, I need to have your email, i also need your Skype, for chating, and calling. If you do not got a working mic, or some other problems, i am sure we can work it out in some way. i also need an paper with times i can contact you, and times you are able to work. Remember you are not a slave, we are doing this by our free will, but at the same time we need to get work done, that means, if you wanna take a day off here and there, i am not going to try and stop you, also if you are tired one day, or just don´t feel like working that´s okay to. If we want to make a nice team, we need to look at this really freely.

Last information: I am not going to take money for the game when its done, Donations from others is not going to be accepted ether, so if you are thinking you are getting cheated, do not worry. right now this is my passion, and not work, so i am going to treat it like that. And last, but not least. I am not searching for Pros only, i am not a pro myself, so of course is cant ask the same thing of you, but i do ask this, I need you to have a little idea of what you are doing. I would wish i could give you some pics, or even just a little more, but as it is right now, i dont got that stuff yet, but maybe at an later time.
