i'm new at javascript so i'm having some problems and need a few pointers i want to make an interractive image slider using js nd html5, i want to modify the images in such a way that portions of the image are clickable (not unlike what facebook does when you tag a person, i'e the face becomes sort of an image hyperlinked to that person's account) i'm sure i saw something of this sort at w3 schools but i cant find it coz i dont know what its called. i'm definitely sure that they are'nt image sprites following are two good example of the things that come close to what i want to do http://riskmap.filkor.org/ http://se.deltasd.bc.ca/vision/
