Hi, we are happy to announce a new (preview) release of Phaser Editor! There are a lot this time: The so waited MacOS support! Visual prefabs (sprites and groups). Visual editor support for states and preloader states. Some TypeScript support. Assets refactorings (great for larger projects) New Project wizards with more options (like include demo assets or use TypeScript). Updated Phaser Editor demos with prefabs and multi-levels. Git UI integration. And lot of fixes and enhancements. Many of them requested by Phaser Editor users (that's great, so many thanks!) Read the release notes. Arian

I was just checking to see if there is anyone else in the babylonjs community that would like to be able to use ALL the design time features (that you can pull useful information for serialization into the native .babylon scene file). Including: --- Built-in babylon javascript and typescript development right in the UnityEditor (Using whatever text editor you have unity configured to use) --- Integrated babylon html game preview window features, including debugging (Thanks to David for creating the original WebServer.cs) --- Node level (camera, light, mesh or simply a game object) metadata including abstract base class BabylonScriptComponent (subclass of monobehaviour) that can be attached as regular unity script components... Just like normal unity scripting, JUST FOR BABYLONJS --- Babylon.Unity.ts ... A babylonjs loader to automatically parse all scene metadata and provide a fully managed 'tickable' scene components --- Plus pretty much ANY UnityEditor design-time features --- General Asset management --- Detailed Scene Level Design --- Fully scriptable prefabs The list goes on. Now i don't know if its just me going nuts over here, playing with all the stuff i can do with Unity as my dedicated babylon js game IDE or if there are others that would like to use that kind of unity game editor features. Or even if the babylon community wants to be associated with that much BabylonJS/Unity integration I have all this code running on my machine (Working great, i might add) but i TOTALLY SUCK at gothic pull request (Note: I still delete and re-fork overtime i want a clean updated babylonjs source download) I am making a short video showing some of the features... Its just that, if I'm the only one who wants to do this kinda stuff, i won't bother wasting my time packing up and making available to the rest of babylonjs community (Once i figure out how to package up my extension kinda like babylon.canvas2d... I would like to make a babylon.unity3d extension that provide all the client side typescript that uses the UnityExport metadata) Also... I add SOOO many features and re-strcutered the /Assets/Plugins/Babylon folder that i don't know if i can just do a pull request to submit back to babylon or if a should just submit as a new 'Exporter/Editor' feature to the github. Anyways... a video coming soon to see what you all think about think of dedicated babylonjs editor using unity (With ALL runtime features disabled... Just editor stuff)... Let me know

I'm working on this in overall more than 2 years. I've had few different prototypes, had developed own simple engine. So I'm not feeling on abandoning this project now, when its near to be finished. Here is some demos: http://narushevich.lv/isometrica/ http://narushevich.lv/vkaria/

Slots as you’ve never seen them... Is there anything new in slots? Is there ANYTHING that hasn’t been done? Here at Gamevy we build innovative, thrilling games that combine skill, luck and huge jackpots. And we have an idea for a completely new slots. We’re looking for a really talented designer – someone who has a deep understanding of the psychology of slots – the celebration, excitement and sense of agency, as well as having all stand-out skills in layout, animation and illustration. BUT – and this is the important bit – we’re looking for a designer who embraces new ideas, who’s maybe even a bit bored by churning out the same old thing in a different skin, no matter how pretty... How would it work? You. We’d love to see what you’ve done. Send us a link to your portfolio. If there are games you think could have been improved – tell us what they are and why.Us. Have a look at our games – that should give you an idea of our style and design expectations. http://gamevy.com/the-heistOptions. We’re looking for someone to work on this slots idea as a one-off project to begin with – but we also have design roles in-house so if we like each other then there are options to become permanent.Home. We have teams in London, Spain and Poland – so if you’re based anywhere in Europe, that should be fine! If this sounds interesting, get in touch - connect with me on LinkedIn here: http://linkedin.com/in/danrough or tweet at me here: http://twitter.com/danrough. (Ooo - one more thing, please, no agencies - we're a start up; we can't afford you. If you read this, ignore it and still call me ask yourself how it will look. How much confidence will I have that if I were to work with you, you'd pay any attention to the requirements I do have...)

So my project has grown with a team now. So far we have two sfx/bgm guys and three, including myself, developers. We now need a 3d modeler/animator to really kick things off as well as a prefab designer. Below are what we need as far as the roles. 3D Artist, many slots opened You will need to be able to design 3d models, properly skin them, and animate them. The good thing is we need LOW RES models so things do not have to be perfect and you do not have to be a fabulous designer. We will turn the 3d assets into 2d sprite sheets similar to how the original Diablo and Fallout series. This is an example of what I am looking for while its a little over pixelated you get the idea. We need both characters as well as objects designed so even if you can not do character animations, we still need a lot of assets done which include: structures, furniture, in-game items, and more. Prefab Designer, 2 slots We need a couple people who are good at layout design. Someone who can design prefabricated structures and such that can be placed in the game as buildings and various points of interest. You will design these prefabs with randomization in mind whereas not everything is 100% static in mind. With the prefab, each place will have a layout with spawners that have a spawn chance to spawn an object from a group so each prefab should not be the same as another. You will be responsible for building the prefabs, as well as setting up the groups. We need some help. The game is still early development while there are a lot of factors for the game that is coming together to really push the game forward. We also do have a lot of the team collaboration already set up to work together. I also am not just the Project lead. I am the lead developer for this project. I do not ask for a lot of time spent on this project but rather whatever someone can help with. For more details.... facebook.com/aftereffectthegame

Hello, I am a C# and JAVA programmer with some years of experience, I am looking for a pixel art graphics designer that will be able to draw the main character with all of the animations. Right now I'm developing a mobile 2D runner game with a Pug as a main character. I'm developing in Unity, I have had a project in the past, unfortunately I have never released it to the public. I could draw everything myself but I can only draw in very low-res . But I need the pug to be around 300 pixels wide and I want the pug to be something like this List of animations I need and pricing can be discussed via skype. I might also in future need things like enemies, GUI, terrain etc. Is there anyone interested in cooperation? If you are interested please reply to thread, and if you have a portfolio that would be great if you'd send a link also!

Greetings People of Earth! It is with great enthusiasm that I submit this post to be the next, always smiling, 2D artist/animator with your company. As a Game Artist professional with over six years’ experience in Game Art and over ten years as an Illustrator/Graphic Designer as well as a lifetime of drawing and being in awe of all forms of art, I know my diverse skills and qualifications will make me an asset to your team. Over the past year I have been working as a freelancer from my home office in my secret bunker on the moon. In this time I have discovered several ways to increase my productivity to better serve my clients breakfast as well as art. I believe there are many benefits for you to have an Artist that works remotely. Here are a few reasons. • Without a lengthy commute I am in the office ready to work for you with coffee in hand and dog on my lap at 7am. • I am available any time during business hours for Skype meetings or to just shoot the breeze in our feety pajamas. • I do not listen to music, TV, browse the internet or have any other distractions while I am working. I have found this to be the most important step to reaching a flow state and being very productive. • I am able to work in my Spider Man Underoos which studies have shown can increase productivity 10 fold. Studies don't show that, I just made that up and believe it to be true. • I have found that I am more focused than Mr. Miyagi trying to catch a fly with his butt cheeks, more productive than 10 Benjamin Franklins and less distracted when working in my home office. These are just a few examples of how my telecommuting will absolutely work for your benefit. As you will see from the attached resume, I’ve built my career in a variety of roles, mostly in small companies where I was not just an Illustrator but also an Animator, Character, UI and Environment Designing man of mystery. I’m not only used to wearing many hats, sombreros mostly, occasionally a fez, I sincerely enjoy it; I thrive in an environment where no two work days are exactly the same and every evening is a party at the Playboy Mansion. In addition to being flexible and responsive, I’m also a fanatic for time management. One of my recent projects involved building a full-size replica of The Statue of Liberty with Cheez-it crackers, oh wait that was an other project, creating all the graphics for the Mobile Game Zander's World with a deadline of three weeks to complete everything. This included creating all the characters, their animations, background, foreground tile pieces and the UI. I worked day, night and even weekends to ensure that the entire finished product conformed to the specific guidelines of my client. A couple of methods that I use to make the most of my time is only checking my email twice daily, I trained my dog to create the line work in illustrator and working in my quite home office without music, TV or any other distractions as I have mentioned before. The result was that I finished the project in two and a half weeks which made my client feel like he did when he solved the puzzle on the back of the Capt'n Crunch box, I mean extremely happy! I want you to know that I have been a passionate, avid gamer all of my life going back to playing Atari in the early 80's. Old? No! Experienced? Hell yeah! I am a fan of all the Final Fantasy Games, Legend of Zelda, GTA as well as many others. For mobile games, I am a fan of Plants vs Zombies, Jet Pack Joyride, Clash of Clans, Angry Birds and Zambaboos Jungle, a game which I will be releasing in 2021. At least that's what my future self told me last week when I visited me. It was always my life long dream to be a Video Game Artist high above the world which I have achieved. Here are some more of my successes. • Created all the graphics for Zander's World, a mobile game developed by Hot Salsa Interactive. • Produced all the graphics and animations for a few other Hot Salsa titles, Fluffy Fluffs, Tile Tap Boom and Find What's Different, which are still in development. Please see some examples in my portfolio. • Designed all the graphics and animations for That's Cupido, a mobile game in development by Mousee Games. • Worked for several years as a Senior Game Artist at Broken Bulb Game Studios. Created characters, animations, levels and many other graphics for their hit Facebook Game Miscrits. • Piloted the ship that made the Kessel run in less than twelve parsecs. Oh wait that was someone else. In closing, I am literally over the moon with just the thought of being involved in and creating art for your company and would love the opportunity discuss with you further the value that I can bring to your organization. I appreciate your consideration and if it is not possible for me to work remotely I will be staring down at earth dreamily, fantasizing of the day that I return to the world with hope of working with you personally! Thank you for your time, ~Matt Stone [email protected] http://stonewolfgraphics.prosite.com/

Hi fellow devs! I'd like to share with you an app I've been working on for the past couple months. http://www.glyphite.com I present...Glyphite! A fast, clean, and affordable Bitmap font builder. Glyphite runs entirely in your browser so you never have to download an app. Choose from a (soon-to-be) massive selection of Photoshop-quality presets and tweak shadows, strokes, and fills to your heart's desire. When you're done, you can export in the standard BMFont format with more formats coming soon. Glyphite caters to every member of your team, from designers to developers to marketers. We've streamlined the experience so that creating stunning text effects is as easy as clicking a button or tweaking settings in Photoshop. It's now ready to be taken for a spin...by you! We've launched in beta right now, but all of the core font-producing functionality is present. The app performs best in Chrome and Safari, but full support for Firefox is next in the pipeline.
